Ok we are hoping to file soon. But things have changed in our income since we last got with the attorney. So we have to adjust our budget.
I called the PL and she was ok then said she didn't have time to go over this on the phone. Does she not get paid unless we are in her office? URG!
She said the median looks at past income, but the budget we are looking fwd?
How do you figure what your income is going to be if it isn't the same? My job has cut my hours twice and i don't know how many hours i will get.
DH also get reimburements for gas(which we have to use as income) but it too is not a guaranteed amount each month.
Do you use what you expect to get in the future? Also what do you multiply by to figure those 2 extra checks each year?
