Citibank wont give me statements.

Hello, I had a credit account with Citibank and was completely paperless. Ive tried for the past 2 weeks to access my statements with them and they will not give me access or send me them. They are saying that I have to go through the CA for everything.

I called the CA and they said they have zero access to my actual statements just my general account information. I have one piece of actual paperwork regarding this account and that's from the CA. Will that be all I need to file? I have a email into my attorney but you guys are usually much faster.

Can you DV the debt through a dispute and see if that works?

They are supposed to give you an accounting/validation of the debt.

Tell them you think there are accounting errors in the months that you need the statements for.

Worst thing that can happen is it dissapears from your CR ( good if it is a bad tradeline any way, if it happens to be a good tradeline ( no lates/baddies, then it might drop your score a little if it gets deleted), and best outcome, you get statements.

Might work, who knows?
