Any suggestions as to if this course for "Personal Financial Management" can be taken online?

Also, I do not have any money to pay for a course can the court take this into consideration as well? If yes what can I file in the court for this?

              Thanks

The least expensive course I have found is through 50-30-20 something or other, (Google 50-30-20) it is 14.95 and you take it online.

You can breeze through it then the page refreshes every minute so you don't have to sit in front of the PC for 2 hours.

Once you get your certificate, you have to file it along with a certification ( don't know if the cert is state specific or not, in Cal. you have to file it with another for available on the court website)

You need to motion the court before you file the certificate, since your clase is closed.
