Hey glad to see you getting close to the end of the road. The case won't close til the trustee has distributed all available money to the creditors, then he can close the case. You're almost there

But we still have an ABATED AP that was thrown back to the State Court. That case never went to trial for at least 17 months BEFORE we filed BK, and so far it has been at least ten weeks since the Abatement Order occurred, and there has been no movement on the State level at all.

Do you have any idea if our case will close if no action is taken on this Abated State Case?
