wow its going on 2 weeks now and no discharge on a ch 7 no assets they must be really behind hope it shows on pacer or comes in mail soon have no nails left lol

When was your discharge supposed to be entered? A discharege does not get entered until 60 days have elapsed from teh 341 meeting (not counting the day of the 341).

filed 6-07 341 was 7-12 last day for objections 9-12

Last day for objections was 9-12...we didnt get ours until 2 weeks after our "due date." I know you are nervous but it sounds like your discharge is imminent...the courts are indeed swamped with filers. Since you have not heard anything to the contrary, your discharge I am sure is in the mail. Good luck!
