Discharged may 12th--had to call the court clerk!!:clapping::yahoo::yahoo::
they will have to contact us cause the car is out in the boonies and they will never find it where it is at. at a relatives house that lives in small ok town. only place we had to park it since we are no longer carrying insurance on it we did not want to leave it parked outside.

I agree with TEW.
Just get it over and done with, then you will be one step closer to your freedom.
No sense stressing yourself out about a car hiding in the boonies.
Chapter 7 filed 10/21/2008
341 - 11/26 went smooth NO ASSET
Took 115 days after 341 - But Finally DISCHARGED 3/25/09
Was you planning on surrendering the vehicle, or reaffirming it? I'm just asking because my attorney had told me since I kept my car, to make sure I always have full coverage insurance on it, because if not, that would be grounds for the BK judge to grant the motion for relief of automatic stay. Could that be the reason the lienholder filed for it?

they filed that motion because you are behind on your payment. if you are not you need to call them.
