Isn't it 60 days from t 341-not from the day they declare you a no asset case?

If you are no asset-when do you find out that you are?

If you filed on 3/6/09 and haven't had a 341, It seems odd to me that you would have a NO Asset/No Distribution declaration this early.

The declaration of no distribution usually comes after the 341, not a few days after you file.

DId you possibly make a typo with your filing date in your original post to this thread?

If you didn't, and indeed did file on 3/6/09, then it may be a clerical error ( the no distribution entry).

I can't see a Trustee declaring a no distribution when they have only had a couple days to even look at your petition ( which they probably haven't if you only filed on 3/6/09)

If you filed on 2/6/09 and had your 341, then you are most likely golden

No No No the Trustee filed their report on 03/06/09. I filled bk7 on Jan 23rd. had 341 mtg on Feb 24th.

Congrats...you're on your way! We had our 341 same day, and I am nervously awaiting interest from the UST.
