I am really wondering if I will make it through this... I have my 341 tomorrow. and I have never been so nervous in MY life! Seriously. I am just hoping not to throw up on the trustee. NOT KIDDING!!!!

yes on our paperwork it says we are asset-- although not really sure what they can take-- attorney said under control... and we are way over median and have way over $100k debt... just waiting for the floor to drop. but the numbers are real and are what they are... so....we will see!!!!Comment

If you have 100k+ debt and are over median then the UST will most likely be involved at some point however that doesn't mean that they are out to get you, they are there to ensure the integrity of the system, and while it may mean more questions and scrutiny you will find many still successfully discharge
