Why you should check PACER and the forms filed

I have been periodically checking PACER to see if my case has been updated. Since I just signed some reaffirm agreements the paper work was posted on PACER. I downloaded the updated paperwork ( I signed last week) off PACER.

My attorneys office had scanned or included other paperwork from a different case with my paperwork. BOY were they surprised when I called to tell them what they had done.. LOL..

Just to think my attorney office originally told me It would be too hard for me to file Pro Se( not after this forum).

They called me back and said you are right.. I said.. I know...Then they said they didn't even know I could check PACER..

I said this is how I am making sure you guys are doing your job.

I would second that checking PACER is a good idea. I looked today and noticed my Chapter 13 Plan document (I think it's a local form), was totally different from the one I signed. I think a draft got mixed up with my paper work that was submitted.
