    Discharge Hardship for closed case

    Hi everyone!

Our case has been closed for a while, but we have an issue with a student loan that we had in our paperwork. They claim that we need to file some other documentation with the Court in order to get the student loan discharged.

My research on the internet tell me that this is some form of a hardship discharge.

Does anyone have any examples of how this should look? Could we still get it discharged completely even if our case is closed?

    Thanks

    Bob

It might give you a little insight on the difficulties you may face trying to discharge a student loan.

However, every case is different, not trying to dissuade you, just thought you might want to know what you are up against.
