C7-No Assets: Do I keep my refund? 341 coming up...

I filed a C7-No Assets case on March 6, 2009, credit card debt amounts to $130,000 (yes, it is not a typo: one hundred thirty thousand dollars).

Requested to waive the fee: Denied this week.
    April 14 scheduled 341 meeting.
I owe about $9,000 to friends that supported me through an accident, eviction and almost 2 years of unemployment. I did not listed on the debts.
Do I keep my refund or would they want to take it?
My salary barely pays my current bills: rent, , cell, coned and gas to cook. I cut everything else: no cable, no internet and no phone at home.
Should I bring a "detailed list of all of my expenses to the 341 meeting?
I would appreciate any advise, could not afford a lawyer either.

    K.

When did you file your taxes? If you haven't filed taxes yet, then they will be able to take it if they want to, unless you were able to exempt it.

What state are you in? How much is the refund?

My deadline to submit amendments is tomorrow. Do I have to?
I have absolutely no cash, no property, no car, nothing of value they could sell or liquidate.
Thank you for taking the time to give me guidance.

Can I submit an amendment the day of the 341 meeting? April 14.

I haven't heard of a deadline to file amendments, but it may depend on your court. If there truly is a deadline, I would try to file the amendment by the deadline.

I've heard of many cases where amendments are made after the 341 or are required by the trustee after the 341.
