I'm not sure if that date is a mistake or relvent. Check PACER again and it looks like they just want to either be included, or moved up the ladder of priority. I doubt it is of much importance. Ask your lawyer of course, but I'm haveing similar and they are all crashing and burning. 'HubIf I knew it all, would I be here??
