Today is the last day for objections, which is great! I haven't heard anything, so I guess no news is good news...BUT my Pacer status still shows as "Awaiting 341." I wish I could at least have SOME kind of update to let me know things are going smoothly. Has anyone had it take this long before anything at all was updated on Pacer?

Yes we have..... After discharge and paying big bucks to pay back asset case, it is now nearly half a year for close. Still waiting, but the 'discharge' is the big thing. 'HubIf I knew it all, would I be here?? Hang in there = Retained attorney 8-06, Filed 12-28-07, Discharge 8-13-08, Finally CLOSED 11-3-09, 3-31-10 AP Dismissed, Informed by incompetent lawyer of CLOSED status, October 14, 2010.Comment

Today I went from "Awaiting 341" to discharged AND closed! Sweet! That also means they're not coming for my tax refund. And now, I do my happy dance. *Dances*Filed 12/24/08...a Merry Christmas indeed!
