    What does this mean

    On pacer under my deadline/schedules it says

    Incomp. Filing (521 deadline) 05/07/2009

    My lawyer asked for my paystubs for everything up until the filing date because there was a 2 week elay between the time i turned in my packet and my case actually being filed
    Filed Ch 7 Petition: 03/24/09
    341 Meeting: 04/29/09
    Discharge Due: 06/29/09

    Are you only missing the paystubs? Check to make sure why it says incomplete and get that info to your attorney right away. If you don't you can get dismissed for an incomplete filing. I don't remember how many days you are allowed, but it is not many.

      I gave my attorney all my tax returns.When my attorney sent me a letter notifying me that my case was filed.The letter said to provide all paystubs up until my filing date which was 03/23/09.My attorney is only missing 1 paystub.
