I didn't have 2 years and that is a MAJOR problem with my chapter 7. Its going on 7 months pretty soon and I am still fighting it. We had to go to a deposotion and it was VERY nerve racking. It be sitting across a table with the UST, a trial sttorney, a bankruptcy anaylst, an assistant and a court stenographer and NONE of them are on your side. You get questioned for all ends. So to not be in that predicament you better start keeping receipts for proof. I hate to say it, but you probably will get audited. You have ALOT of debt. You need to back yourself up, cause it gets hairy and they do not want to here I don't have receipts... Start saving so you have them when you file.
Well, I don't have receipts and there's nothing I can do about it. Then they will just dismiss it. F*** it.

If they dismiss me, I will just go through life the same way I have all this time. It's no big deal. I didn't want to go bankrupt in the first place. Its such a hassle to do it. If you ignore the people long enough, they eventually go away. The only thing that won't go away is the 1099 the bank gives me when the house forecloses.

I am to the point where I am really beginning to not care anymore. I am really better off dead.

    Food is not a carcinogen.

If you see the volume of food I eat, it's very little. Most thin people eat a lot more than I do.

My problem is that I was sedentary for too long. I used to have a 4 hour commute and was working two jobs for a long time. That's when the weight piled on.

How can I get cigarettes outlawed? Then we won't have to worry about addictions and crap like that. After a while they will phase out.

Those key thrown out in the cardboard recycle bin. We don't keep them. Honestly. Plus I don't keep many. Remember, with this oil you only change it once per year. So all I have is one box that came from UPS. I change the oil and chuck the box and don't do it again for another 12 months.

I never said it was legal. I just said it had a purpose.

All of us have problems. I never had to turn to cigarettes for them. What I don't understand is why people smoke them. I never smoked them from the start. I took one puff on one when I was 12 and had the common sense to know it was disgusting and never did it again. I don't know why people don't seem to have this common sense. When you know something is bad, why do you keep messing with it? Not only do you mess with it, it's also MONEY WASTED!

How come people don't learn by other people's examples? I don't understand why you can see people dying from lung cancer and that doesn't make you quit.

If I saw other people who went through windshields in a car crash, I wouldn't need to wait until a car crash to find out. I'd war my seatbelts. I learn from other people's mistakes. I don't understand why people who smoke don't do the same thing.

We could go on and on about smoking, but I just don't have the energy right now. I actually feel like going back to bed this morning and taking a nap.

I've caught up with most all of my emails this morning. Now I can go back to sleep and wait for some more to come.

Normally I would say, it's your life and your lungs. Go kill yourself. That's good for you.

My problem is that I can't afford health insurance premiums since everyone doesn't use common sense. Now I am forced to suffer from it because of every one else's poor life decisions. So when everyone smokes, it hurts my ability to afford health insurance because all of you keep driving the prices up by doing self-induced problems that could have all been avoided in the first place. That's why I am so bad about people who smoke.

At least weed has a "purpose". It DOES SOMETHING for you. Cigarettes don't do anything but create an addition. At least weed makes you high and that can be fun. I can't say I have an opinion on cigars. I know most people don't smoke them as often as cigarettes.

That's one reason I am scared to leave the state of Florida. Lots of other states allow people to smoke in restaurants. They have the smoker and non-smoker section. It makes no difference. That smoke still gets all over the place. I remember when I was in Georgia a few years ago, I saw that they still has smoking and non-smoking sections and the whole place stunk inside.

My wife's mother died from lung cancer and she didn't even smoke. She worked for a guy who did for about 20 years. She died from the 2nd hand smoke. So he basically killed her. I'd was gonna say he got away with it, but he also died from lung cancer himself.

As I've told everyone else, you haven't Walked (which is not easy for me) in my Shoes, as they say, being 100% disabled.

Arkansas is a Non-Smoking State. No smoking anywhere and they just raised the tax on cigarettes to $11.60 a carton in March. Gee, Article in paper today, prediction on cig tax is off for the month of March (and it's still March) by about 100 million dollars. Wonder why? Some have quit, BUT most are going to Missouri or Oklahoma to buy their cigarettes. It's called a Sin Tax.

I don't believe there is anyplace in the Bible where smoking is a Sin. Yes, I KNOW I need to quit, but Again, nobody has walked in my shoes and going from working as an Accountant to being disabled due to a car wreck has not only been physically debillating (sp? in hurry) (6 surgeries), but mentally, I just cannot describe in words what it has done to me.
