Do the UST ever send a letter stating they are done??

Hi Everyone - Some of you know my dealings with this BK and know that I had to go to a deposition with the UST. Do you know if he was satisfied with the way the depo went, would he sen dme a letter stating that he is satisfied and done with his audit? I check Pacer everyday and nothing has changed. Its very quiet!!!

In our case it was a waiting game until each deadline and something was filed on that very day.

what was the deadline for the extension to end...? I know they asked for 90 days extension in Jan right so is the end date coming up in april??

Unless your attorney is in touch with the UST attorney, I'd predict dead silence until the day the 90 day extension expires.

Yeah B - The extension goes until April

Hoping the time goes fast & the expiration whizzes by with no peep from the UST!

BTW--as an aside, to show how horribly nasty our UST can be---we had our 341 hearing on our CH 13--in which she is COMPLETELY UNINVOLVED--and she showed up to grace us with her presence. Even the CH 13 trustee says "umm...Ms. XXX is there a reason you are here?" to which she says " no particular reason" and just sits there.

And she wasn't there for anyone else's case. We arrived early, watched 3 cases from the earlier batch and then there was just 1 other case and ours. She wasn't part of the other case--they went first so it was just us left and there she sat. Afterward, our attorney was like "WOW, what a b*tch!" and he never says anything like that!

Sorry to add that in, but wanted to let you know how snarky some of these UST can be!
