My 341 meeting is 10/4/05. Hope all goes well. Any advise folks?

Get a goodnight's sleep, arrive early. Bring the appropriate documentation(if for no reason than to give you something to occupy yourself until the meeting.) Please for the rest of us, dress appropriately. Be patient and listen to the questions that the trustee asks to the people ahead of you, kinda answer them in your mind. Breathe and pepto bismol or immodium is good to have on hand.

Thanks for the advise. Still a scary thing to go through. Hope it's a good sign that Trustee hasn't asked for any additional paperwork. Hope to speak with attorney before hearing. Will post how it went.Comment

:clapping Good sign they don't want additional paperwork. We took bank statements, tax returns, proof of insurance, ss Cards and dl. Made us feel better. The only unexpected question was about what we did with our tax refund, it was rather large. We paid a lot of catch up things and used it part of it on the down payment on another vehicle as we owed a lot more than it was worth. Hope it helps. My 341 in Oct 28th. I had to wait over 6 weeks to get that date. I would be very interested in knowing how it all goes and what types of questions etc you are asked.
I will keep you in my thoughts for sure! From all that I hear, if you are prepared and honest then there shouldn't be any problems. I understand though, I can tell myself that over and over but I still get anxious just thinking about it.
