Hello everyone,
I'm getting ready to file ch 7 in Tennessee without legal help. My case should be pretty simple. The only asset of any value is a car that I just got appraised for under 1K. What forms do I need to file?

At least do a free visit with attorney. I almost messed up, taking money from 401 to pay my attorney. It worth the trip.

I agree with the others. What you don't know can really hurt you. For ex. did you know that you must take a court approved CCCS course at least 180 days before you file?
Nolo Press has a 'Bankruptcy for Dummies" book. Get that and see if you think it's something you can handle.
