How would this show on credit?

I am not discharged but a finance company said they had a stay lifted and came to me house the day after christmas a took my boat. Now, obviosuly they
were bs-ing cause they never had the stay lifted, that fraudently put on there paperwork to me that they had permission to repo the boat. Now will that show as a repo or what?? Being they fraudlently took the vehicle.

Weren't you in the automatic stay period of your BK at the time of the repo?

If so, it should show as iib (included in bankruptcy).
If you want to get even - talk to your attorney about the company fasifying documents and see if there is some sort of violation (like violating the automatic stay) for which you can go after the creditor. IMO I think more of us need to put the creditors in their place - they do these things because they know they can get away with it.
    Filed CH 7 9/30/2008
    Discharged Jan 5, 2009! Closed Jan 18, 2009

I am not an attorney. None of my advice is legal advice in any way..

I told the UST and even gave him a copy of there paperwork showing they fasifyed the records. Needless to say, the UST was very interested in this and also made a copy for the attorney that was there and the bankruptcy analyst. He said he would take care of this and said that this creditor violated the stay and he would take care of it

Good! I hope the creditor has to pay sanctions to you and the Trustee!
