Did your trustee ever question your judgment on spending practices? For example, I have approximately $22k in cc debit due to floating money amongst all my cards. I did eat out some, but it was with friends and I was too embarrassed to say I did not have any money. I realize now I could have been more responsible spending, but it got out of control.

No the trustee is not going to ask about your Spending practices he/she only wants to know if you have anything he/she can take and sell something you have to pay your creditors back.
