whew! PACER reported our discharge friday! it was only day 64 but it felt like an eternity. everyone who has been there before knows what i mean, right? we still won't close for a while because we're an asset case and claims aren't even due till may, but HOORAY DISCHARGE!
i want to give an enormous thank you to everyone who has helped me out here. i don't regret filing pro se at ALL and i feel like i have learned so much in the process. i don't know if knowing bankruptcy jargon is a particularly useful skill set but it gave me a wee bit of confidence during this huge mess to know that i did all the research, compiled our documents, filed our case and followed-through till i got my end result. funny how silly things like that can make you feel good. ;)
