selling clothing via paypal?

I just had my 341 and was wondering about selling some old clothing.


It no longer fits and is exempt anyway. Total sales of clothing would be about 150.00 via paypal.

Would this be a problem? I could use the cash for new clothing that actually fits.

YOU HAVE NO PROBLEM. Would picking up aluminum cans on the road worry a Trustee? Look if HE objects, I'll pay the cheap b**s***. Really, you got to have a life too. $150 at one time was a good night out for us. Now, it's pork and beans but THEY are paid for. 'Hub

I hope you are correct. I just need clothing that fits and the only way to get it is to sell old clothing.

Yikes! They raked you through the coals! Did your 341 go bad as well?

One good thing is i get to keep my car even though it is with a credit union. I am happy about that.n No car means no job.

No, my 341 was a 'piece of cake' as we where so ill informed we did not even know what it was so we were not intimidated at all. However the Trustee got tipped off by an enemy of mine that I sold a property years ago and held a mortgage I wasn't aware of to file. So I sold the mortgage note to pay my daughter and then hell broke loose. I ended up paying twice and also for an overage of means. I'm now off the hook so don't worry about feeding the kids, clothing, or other needs. GBWY 'Hub
