I am so nervous that we won't be able to qualify for Chapter 7..

Legal consumer says I have 193.00 monthly disposable income..but I am hoping all the expenses I am bringing to my lawyer that something will count that is not on legal consumer....I am soooo scared. We have nothing left over...We could cut down on food but that's about it.

You are doing the best thing right now. And by retaining an attorney you don't have to deal with the calls.
CH7 or CH13 you are protected and you made a big leap making things easier and healthier.
