Just curious if there has ever been a case(s) where a Trustee had taken items or property that was out of the norm?

You are allowed a certain amount for entertainment. And you do not need to list everything in detail. You can list a broad category with a 'reasonable' amount. i.e. Assorted electronic items: $200.00.
That is only a suggestion. If you are looking for how to price your items, I suggest the following thread:
Good luck to you!"To go bravely forward is to invite a miracle."
"Worry is the darkroom where negatives are formed."

LOLOL. NOOOOO! My answer silly as the question. At my age, my best luck was: I was discovered eating a cracker while waiting for a colonoscopy. They told me I could not go as I could be under the gas or whatever to put me out and that is a no, no. I told them forget the gas or meds just get it over. As I saw the doc and the two grand lady assistants, I told the Doc to charge me double if they did it. They laughed but no deal. It was as close as I've been to Nirvana in a long, long, time. Well, we had a couple of old TVs and a couple of old vhs vcr players and one DVD recorder/player--our stuff fell well under what the attorney was concerned with. We don't have any of the ipod or gaming stuff.Originally posted by momof3b1g View PostNot true.
