341 paperwork to trustee

How would I know if the trustee has gotton bank statements and any other
info from my lawer before the 341 meeting. Does the lawer call and tell me or do I have to ask.
I go in this week to sign the paperwork I'll ask him there too.

The process is this: You send your paperwork to your attorney, the attorney sends the paperwork to the Trustee. You would not know if the Trustee received it unless you were sent a letter about missing documents.

Get an attorney you trust.

Not in my case.
In fact, the letter from the trustee stated right in it that it was not my attorney's responsiblility to send the required information but mine.
What choice did I have but to comply with the trustee's request?
He said in fact if he did not get all he requested that he could dismiss the case.

My attorney had 2 list of documents.
One to start pay stubs 2years of taxes and a couple other things. The 2nd set was bank statments,cc bills 4years of taxes, real estate ect. The paralegel said the 2nd was in case they ask for the info. So it seemed that the trustee only got what was legely needed then, more if he asked for it.
