A couple that I've posted on quite a few times went to their 341 mtg. recently. The trustee asked about a motorcycle and was told that the bike is worth $13K and the paperwork mentioned $9K.
Once the trustee heard that, he said to file amendment B and sent them on their way. Their atty. then advised them to meet up later. They did and they signed a reaffirmation agreeemet on the motorcycle.
Do you forsee any issues? Their atty. doesn't think so. The blue book value is under $9K, so I think it's been straightened out. So they can expect to get their discharge letter in 60 days, right?
