    My jewerly has its own insurance policy. Might check that if you have any worth value. My wedding ring and 2 braclests are insured for almost $40,000.00. SUCKS! I think if I pawned it I would get about $600.00.

      That made me smile!

      Right after we hired my lawyer I had a dream that my neighbor was one of the creditors listed in my bk. My dream was that the trustee was coming to my house to look at my stuff and I was trying to figure out how to smuggle 3 huge plasma tvs out of the house without my neighbor seeing them!!

      But I did see a posting recently where someone had the trustee question him about a ring he had purchased on a cc but was not listed as an asset. The trustee wanted the ex-girlfriend's phone number!!! So there is a lesson learned, if you charged it they know you have it so you better list it!
