    hmm...does this mean "discharged" ?

    This is on Pacer:

Full docket text for document 36:
Order Discharging Both Debtors (RE: related document(s)[2] Meeting of Creditors (Chapter 7)). Signed on 4/16/2009 (epb)

My question: The atty said a couple weeks ago "Well we couldn't exempt about $700 or the contents of the apartments (fridges etc), so the Trustee will "probably" want that much cash and information on getting to the apartments.

...but I haven't heard SQUAT from the trustee. Will she still come for that stuff AFTER discharge?

I also had about $6-700 that I could not exempt in FL. (my car had equity)

I have 10 days until discharge and have not heard a peep. I think that the amount is too small for them to bother.

At my 341, the trustee joked that he did not have a used car lot, so he could never get the amount my car appraised for at KBB.

He said most trustees would have to sell the car at auction and that the proceeds would be nil.

Probably the same with your refrigerators. I wanted to pay the difference right away just to get it settled, but, my lawyer suggested that I keep quiet about it until we heard from the trustee.

I don't think I am going to have to pay it.

Hey Tom, it sounds like you got your discharge! Congratulations!

It would probably cost the Trustee more to try to get the $600 - $700 than it is worth, so I wouldn't worry about it since you have your discharge. Yea!
