    Name variations...?

Does anyone have variations of their names on their credit reports. I was wondering if I should write all the variations for the "verification of creditor mailing list" required for my court local rule 1007-2(d)

    Thanks

I wouldn't list name variations as AKA, unless they are clearly different.

My wife had credit cards with different names like this:
    Jane Bankrupt
    J Bankrupt
    Kane Bankrupt

The Kane Bankrupt was a misspelling by the credit card company, so we did list this on the AKA list, but did not list J Bankrupt.

my credit reports also have misspellings, but i did not purposefully use a different name or anything like that. Thanks for your prompt response.

I have lots of those misspellings on my report. Some accounts show my middle name as my first name, some show my middle name as my last name, some have incorrect spellings. When we got married, my wife changed her middle name to be her maiden name (dropping the original middle name) which has caused all KINDS of confusion on her report. Her maiden name is also a common boys' name, which only adds to the problems.
