Question about 60-day waiting period and 341...

I am a no-asset case and my 341 was two weeks ago. I checked pacer this morning and the trustee has yet to file anything on my case since my hearing. I'm wondering: does the 60-day waiting period begin immediately after the 341 hearing or does it start after the trustee files his report of no distribution?
