Checking PACER time frame?

I've checked on PACER about my case...
So far, "presumption of abuse does not arise" is stated and the top of the page says "Asset: NO".

Is there any reason to check PACER on a regular basis before the 341 meeting? I checked it last week and checked again yesterday. Saw no changes that I could tell.
Paying 8 cents per page isn't bad but I don't want to be paying for no reason.

Our 341 is scheduled for May 19.

Not really unless trustee comes across something in your paperwork that makes them question your case. What you can do is check your case on Pacer by making a query and before clicking on any of the options listed check the top of the page and look at the "Date of last filing". If that date hasn't changed from the last time you checked, nothing new has been filed on your case and it does not cost you a dime.

I log in and if the date has changed I then look at my docket to see what was added or what notes were made. It also does not cost the 8cents by only logging in and looking at the date.

The presumption of abused does not arise, comes from when you do your petition. That has nothing to do with the trustee yet, IF you JUST filed.

Mine had that too, until the UST stepped in AND by the way, the UST filed a Presumption of abuse and that notation never changed on pacer.
