    Last minute question

I'm filing Ch. 7 in a few hours (Thursday morning). Just noticed that Nevada describes the mailing matrix as "Original mailing list with original signature on declaration". Does this mean I have to sign the last page of the mailing matrix?

Call & ask your BK court clerk-they can answer procedural questions, each district may do it differently.
Most of my information is from personal experience or HOURS and HOURS of online research. When you're searching online, keep in mind there is no guarantee that the info is completely up to date, and your situation is unique from anyone else's. Do your homework, and consult with an attorney so you can make an informed decision.

The Declaration is a Seperate document.

Actually, I think what you are looking for is the Verification of Credito Matrix

But no, you do not sign the Mailing Matrix itself.

HHM, I must have missed your post by a few minutes, as I logged in this morning before I left. Yes, you are right, that is the document that I had difficulty finding and which the clerk made me sign this morning.

I don't know if she says it to everyone, but the clerk complimented my filing, and was happy to see my diskette with the correct text file. I in turn must thank form7.com software, the NOLO Chapter 7 book and this forum which made me aware of these 2 resources and provided background info together with specific answers to my questions.

        Thanks to all.

My suggestions are from "personal experience" and research only. Do not consider this as legal advice. Each bankruptcy case is different.
