We got our Bankrupsy Certificate Today!

We just went to get our Bankrupsy Certificate today and it went well!
We paid the $75 couple fee and handed the papers our lawyer needed to him.
Now we wait to hear from him. He was out when we stopped by to give the papers, so were going to call tomorrow and check to see if he recieved the papers. What were waiting for next is to recieve a paper stating when our 341 meeting will be scheduled.

just want to wish you luck & it is a relief the day you finally file. I had my 341 meeting today & hope to report back here in 60 days w/good news. 6 months ago I was trying to keep up w/minimum monthly payments to cc's for over $1500 & 1 card (wash mut) was also charging about $200 in some kindof % on purchase rate. Anyway, trying & failing to keep up w/the payments is more stressful then BK..good luck.

yeah, i think it was my 'outie' bellie button in the swimsuit competition that did me in, but heck,I'll take third place anyday!!!
