Is it possible to get a student loan before discharge? I looked through the student loan forum but that is after discharge. Just curious, I am thinking about the fall semester.

You should be able to get a Stafford loan at any time, it is not credit-based. The amount you can get depends on how many units you have (whether you are a freshman, sophomore, etc.). Good luck.Filed Ch. 7 Pro Se: 12/11/08
