Auto Appraisal price in South Florida?

HI everyone...ball is rolling and I am getting pricing of my auto.

Does anyone know the market rate for appraisal costs in South Florida?

I have been calling around in the Fort Lauderdale area and the average price I have been quoted is around $150 on average....one even as high as $250!.

Many courts are perfectly amenable to Kelly Blue Book, Edmunds, or the kind of appraisal CarMax provides.

I'm having an appraisal done tomorrow on our truck, boat and trailer.

The appraiser I'm using is from Cape Coral so I doubt you'd want to travel 2-3hrs, but just an FYI, he's charging me $300 for all 3 vehicles, (basically everything with a registration that we own).
I'm also paying a "travel fee" for him to come to me instead of me taking everything to him. The boat trailer brakes are shot/disconnected and I don't feel safe taking it through a city with heavy traffic. With my luck, I'd get in an accident and total everything or hurt somebody.
