Amendment to Add Asset

Looks like we missed two larger pieces of furniture and an appliance on our list of assets (in total a value of less than $100) ... even with those items we are well under the personal property exemption limit.

Probably overthinking this (I do that with everything) but planning to include these things along with the addition of a creditor - in an amendment to our petition.

Does that make sense?

We just amended to add a creditor...it's not a big deal (but costs $26).

If you have to do that anyway, then I would also add the asset(s). But if you don't have to add the creditor, I wouldn't bother with amending just to add the asset, since it's so minor, and probably exempt anyway, right?

Still have plenty of room under our personal property exemptions to add assets ... just wonder how obsessive I need to be about this?
