I am confused. If Sched J is based on gross there should be a place to deduct fed and state taxes, etc. if it's based on net then my lawyers paralegal has screwed up my paperwork.I am supposed to make corrections and give back but I need to make sure I know what I am talking about before I correct her. Thanks

ok because schedule J shows me with a income of 1256.00 left . I don't want them thinking I have that much left over every month because I don't.Originally posted by JoeBankrupt33 View PostYou take out your tax withholding on schedule I. That's a SERIOUS problem. You need to make sure that your income on schedule I is correct and all of your expenses on schedule J are correct.
Keep in mind, you are listing your expenses the way that they will be after the bankruptcy, not reflecting the extreme frugality that you may have experienced before the bankruptcy.
