Tax Return & insurance as Income?

I finished with Bridgeport last night, and it is terrible. I will be using form 7 tonight to get the forms filled out correctly. I have a couple of questions that were not asked or allowed in Bridgeport. I had an income tax refund this year, it was spent on repairs, and paying bills while I was in the hospital. Do I report that as income? Do I average it to get a monthly amount? I also had payments from short term disability insurance while I was off work for 3 months. Do I report it the same way, as a monthly average? If I do that, it will make my monthly income look much higher that it truely is. Or should they be reported only in the year to date income.
    Thanks, Laura

Hi Laura - the same thing happened with me - I used Bridgeport and then had to redo with form7.com. Good luck to you. Form7.com was great. When I had a problem - the owner/developer called and talked to me. With Bridgeport - I could not even email them my complaints. I will continue to tell everyone how crappy Bridgeport is/was!
