Signed papers on Saturday...
Signed papers at attorney's office on Saturday. They were swamped with BKs!! Attorney is supposed to file electronically today and call me with the confirmation #. I was told trustees are behind due to volume of BK cases and 341 hearing will probably be 45 days from filing date. I plan to check Pacer sometime this week. Grand total was $31,000 in CC debt, no assets. So far this has been too easy, can't help thinking something will go wrong!
