It's a Date

For better or for worse, our 341 date has been set: July 6. For some reason, while I've been pretty sanguine about this whole thing, getting the meeting information in the mail today is making me highly panicky. I just think of all of those who've had horrible surprises pop up at/after the 341. Everything is there in black and white, but you never know how something might be interpreted.

Mine is July 20th. My Lawyer and paralegal said I have no red flags. You are not alone....I panick just about every day and I've lost too much weight too.I'm not reaffirming on my condo or car. All I want thenm to do is take this condo back soon. Others say it has to forclose and it could be a while...Do you know anything about this?? Please help! Thanks

You ALL will be fine! Just have your DLs and SS cards with you. Bring anything else your lawyers specifically told you to bring, and nothing else.

Dress is 'business casual' and simple. Leave anything that smacks of 'bling' and 'flash' home. Also, many districts will not allow cell phones so plan to leave them in the car.

On the appointed day, plan to leave plenty early so that you can avoid any construction delays, or God forbid, traffic accidents and the resulting road blocks. You want to be EARLY, not late.

If you follow these suggestions you should be fine.
