    If I am not mistaken, I think the form says current monthly income. So, that would be what she is making NOW. So, I would think you woud just go by her part time job that she has now.

    You do have to include your income also, if you are married and not physically seperated.

      Thanks for your input on the income question. I struggled with this one the longest and decided to average my income over the full year and my wifes over the last 6 months.

      My thinking was this; my current income is $0, and I think putting $0 down is a major red flag. I could be wrong, in fact giving myself income where none exists might screw me over - hope not. Any thoughts?

        Do you work or not...do you make any money or not. If the trustee asked for the last 3 months worth of bank statements from all you bank accounts, would they show deposits...what were those deposits?
