ffj2002, thanks for sharing your story, but please keep me apprised, even if by private message. My income and expense profile look almost *identical* to yours, except that I have a few hundred dollars more in income and a $2,900 lease payment on a house that my mother owns (sold the house to mom in a short-sale for FMV to avoid foreclosure). I'm terrified of this. Please keep us up to date...
Edwards2- I know you mentioned that you received the 'infamous letter from the trustee to dismiss' as well. How far along were you in the process when you received it? I filed 8/17, had 341 9/14, received the report of no distribution; so far, no objections, attorney seemed pretty positive, last day for creditors to object is 11/14. is it safe to assume that I would have already received such a letter, or does this infamous 'motion to dismiss letter' come right around now? Should I be concerned? Anyone? Thanks..
