I received a card in my mailbox last Monday from a licensed process server to immediately call her. From reading here and speaking to my attorney, I havent called her and instead am waiting for them to find me. However, when I check my county records it shows that Chase has initiated foreclosure suits on 2 of my condos on 5/19 with an answer filed by the condo association of each on June 3. Is it possible to serve me by mailing the docs to the condo address. My tenant at one of the props called me today to let me know that there is a bunch of legal mail in his mailbox for me. Im just trying to figure out if i need to initiate my lawyer to file the answer - if the 20 day period has begun already. Although I havent received any legal paperwork in person.. thx
