Depends on what kind of money it is from what I read... meaning from where you aquired it.

I am thinking based on questions I asked and was asked by the trustee and my attorney that if they can prove you knew that you might get something they may take it.
However, if this was something you knew nothing about whatsoever I think it's yours as what matters was at the time of filing.
Check with your attorney.
I think by your previous post and what everyone is telling you, I believe they will snag it. That's what people were trying to tell you before you filed!

You should just go as long as possible not paying the cc's and around charge off time you can offer them all 20 cents on the dollar with you 14k check and have some money left over.
Bk doesn't sound like it's for you since you have a nice chunk of change coming and you have some disposable income. There will be little benefit for you. You are borderline chapter 7 qualifications and there is no reason to go into a 13 hell if you aren't saving any assets.
The essence of freedom is the proper limitation of Government
IF you ask the same question on two threads the answer will not change.
You know they will request your bank statements for the past 6 months, and some will ask for a year or more. They will ask how you are compensated and when you get the commission checks. They can ask your employer also if they want. Don't try to hide things in Bankruptcy because they WILL find them.
