When does UST get involved?

Had my 341 on 6/8 & all went well Report of no distribution was filed by TT on 6/10. My lawyer said the UST had 10 days to file something if they wanted to get involved. Is this 10 calendar days or business days?

I think I'm too scared to really relax yet. I keep waiting for the other shoe to drop

If the other TT has already filed a report of no distribution I'd think it unlikely the UST would become involved though I suppose there is still some possibility even though improbable.

I was filed as no distribution and was known as a no asset case, but the UST still got involved. The UST wanted to look over my wife's monthly payments, expenses, etc. They were as detailed as wanting to see receipts for the Sunday only newspaper, cell phone bill and gym memberships. I have already listed this stuff with my attny but I suppose they were looking for fraud. Otherwords, months back I listed what she pays and what I pay and they were just looking for inconsistencies.

Bummer! I was hoping for calender days! I thought maybe since the 60 days to discharge was calender it would be the same way for UST. Oh well, what's a few more days of no sleep

If the UST hasn't filed anything in the 10 day window then that pretty much seals the deal that they won't get involved, right?

Is it ten days from the 341 or ten days from the filing of the report of no distribution?
