I have just completed all of my ch. 7 forms (on-line service) and I'm driving them to court tomorrow, to file. Do I need to bring copies of my old tax returns, or bank account statements? An aside... this site has been a wonderful help, both for finding critical information and for getting mental support. Thanks!

You shouldn't need those to file. If the trustee wants to see them, he'll either notify you in writing before the 341 or ask for them at the 341.Most of my information is from personal experience or HOURS and HOURS of online research. When you're searching online, keep in mind there is no guarantee that the info is completely up to date, and your situation is unique from anyone else's. Do your homework, and consult with an attorney so you can make an informed decision.
