Pacer question

I've been using Pacer to check on my BK. I signed up several months ago and now I can't remember if I gave them a payment method or not. How do I know? Is there a way to check? I may have given them a bank debit card that I no longer have and I don't want any problems.

If you signed up online, you gave them a CC for instant acess.

If you received your password in the mail, you didn't.

You can go to the PACER site and look at your account info. I think you go to a special site for account info?

IF your payment gets declined, you will be locked out and they will direct you to a link where you can make a CC payment..

I did the same thing...
Heres what you do:

Go to this link: http://pacer.psc.uscourts.gov/

Then on the left hand side click on 'Account Information'. It will come up a box - you use the same pacer log in and password that you use to log into your pacer when you check your filings. Click 'verify login'.

When it comes up - the middle box says 'payments' and under that it says 'update credit card/sign up for automatic payments'. Click on that and it will show you what you have in there already To change it just change the information in the boxes and click 'submit'.

I read that they bill quarterly, right? That the amount has to be more than 10.00 for them to bill you.If you have no cc.....then do they send the bill in the mail....right? What kind of things can you look at on there? Can you get your discharge papers on there? Follow your case???
