Can Your Home be sold by Trustee ?

I bought a single family home 2 months ago. Have 5% equity in it.
Claimed that equity exempt. Have filed Chp.7 already. Is there any
circumstance that a trustee can sell your home? My payments are
current & I intend on keeping the house. Any thought's on the matter?
House was purchased for 125K.

So long at the amount of equity is at or below you state's maximum exemption and the value you have assigned to your home is the reasonable fair market value, then no, the trustee cannot sell your house.
