So I finally got the exact paperwork that my attorney sent in. I am looking over to make sure the changes I requested were done. So I am looking at my expenses vs income sheet and it is -$420. It says I take home $1800 and I have $2220 in expenses. Isn't this going to throw up a red flag to the trustee? I would think so and thus I have to wait till January 24th 2006(my 341 meeting) to get the bad news.....

I don't think it will make the trustee think anything. Most of us have expenses that are in excess of our income; and even when putting down the reasonable expenses, this can happen. My income and expenses came out about dead even -- and I was being conservative.
The thing you DON'T want is for you to have too much money left over every month, or you can't file a Chapter 7.Filed Chapter 7, 8/16/05, 341 10/12/05
