The law firm I work for is absolutely inundated with new BK petitions this weekend. As a result we have not been able to finish our means test. You are all welcome to use it for free for who knows how long at this point. It is not complete but it works for 45 states and gets you thru the basics.
I recommend trying different scenerios with income and expenses if you are close to the median. There are other expense items that may tip the balance in your favor. Don't overlook them.

PS: I don't think many of the credit counseling companies are going to help out with the means test. For $50 they will only give you the absolute minimum service. Plus, there are not many of them on the list at this point so it will be interesting to see how 6 major companies are going to handle 100,000 BKs per month.
